Free & Compassionate End-of-Life Care

services

The Toni & Trish House provides complete end-of life care services at no cost to families in the Midland, Bay City, and Saginaw areas. Our home-like environment ensures your loved one receives dignified, comfortable care during their final days and weeks.

How Can we help?
  • Someone is always here. Our trained staff and volunteers provide around-the-clock care and support, ensuring your loved one is never alone and always comfortable. Whether it's 2 PM or 2 AM, families have peace of mind knowing that compassionate caregivers are present to respond to any need. You can visit anytime, stay overnight in your loved one's room, or simply rest knowing they're in caring hands.

  • We partner with hospice organizations throughout the Saginaw, Bay City, and Midland areas to provide comprehensive medical care. Your loved one can keep their current hospice team: they'll continue visiting our home to manage symptoms, provide medical support, and ensure comfort. This collaboration means families get the best of both worlds: professional hospice medical care in a peaceful, residential environment.

  • Nourishment and comfort go hand in hand. We provide meals and refreshments for both guests and their visiting family members. Whether your loved one has specific dietary needs or family members need a warm meal during a long visit, we ensure everyone is cared for. Our kitchen is always open, and families are welcome to use our dining spaces to share meals together.

  • This isn't a hospital or institutional facility, it's a home. Our Auburn, MI guest home features comfortable furnishings, natural light, quiet spaces for reflection, and welcoming common areas where families can gather. We've created an environment that honors the sacredness of life's final chapter, where your loved one can find peace and families can focus on being present rather than managing medical logistics.

  • Pain management and comfort are our priorities. Our staff works closely with hospice medical teams to ensure medications are administered properly and on schedule. We monitor your loved one's comfort levels and communicate with healthcare providers to adjust care as needed, so your family doesn't have to worry about the medical details during this emotional time.

  • Caring for a loved one on hospice at home can be physically and emotionally exhausting. The Toni & Trish House offers respite care, giving family caregivers a much-needed break while ensuring their loved one receives excellent care. Whether you need a few days to rest and recharge or a safe place for your loved one while you handle work or family obligations, we provide that peace of mind at no cost.
